Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer box and use an outer protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
